Plug in Chime offline and no light

I have a plug in Chime unit, but it appears to have stopped working.
The Ring logo is no longer lit and it is showing as offline in the app.
I have tried the reset button but nothing changed.
Has anyone any ideas if there is something I can do or has it reach the end of its short life :frowning:

Hi there, @β– β– β– β– .h! If plugging in to another outlet still shows no power, try performing the reset again. Please ensure to hold the setup button down for 20 seconds to perform the reset. Although there are no lights, try completing the setup or reconnection process in the Ring app to see if it will complete.
