Plug in camera with low battery

My 3rd Gen Stick Up camera gives me a low battery message that prevents lice view. The problem is that it’s a plug-in model - no battery! Frankly, I’m confused.

Hi @user23424. Verify that the cord on your Stick Up Cam Plug-In is firmly connected both at the outlet and on the Camera itself. Make sure there are no dirt or debris impacting the connection. After checking that, Try fully resetting your Stick Up Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, walk your Stick Up Cam through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
