I have a Video Doorbell Pro 2 Plug-In version. Loses connection every couple of days. No existing chimes or doorbells. I have been told that fitting a bypass will solve my issues. Checking out Ring site and various Youtubes I can’t see how this will help. Can anyone advise please?
Hi @c00ky. What is the RSSI for the Ring Pro? If you have this connected to a Plug-In Adapter, power shouldn’t be an issue. However, if you have a weak RSSI, this could be causing the connection to intermittently drop. Let me know if this is the case.
