Just purchased a ring camera and have went through the usual formalities to registering and working device. When I go to connect to my Virgin WiFi it won’t connect? I have tried the usually doing close, recharging the battery etc. any suggestions?
Hi @user48257. Can you give us a little more information? What specific camera model are you connecting? What type of phone are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed.? What specific part of the setup process are you experiencing trouble with?
