Since last few days all of sudden my ring flood light camera showing pink picture (mostly at center) during night. My night vision is on. If I turned it off the picture is black & white as expected. But with night vision turned on picture turns pink. It was working quite well until last week.
Hi @Amol! Thank you for including a picture example with this post. For this pink color concern, the best next step here is to power down your Floodlight Camera, wait several moments, and power it back on. This can be done easily if there is a switch controlling the Cam or a breaker.
If a power cycle did not work, try resetting the Camera by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Once complete, reconnect your Camera and test video at night to see if this is resolved. I have the exact same problem, no solution yet.
Just an update - I contacted ring support today for this problem and after some troubleshooting they concluded it is a hardware problem and offered me a new replacement camera.

I tried today and work. More that couple months ago I called customer service and I followed all the steps including giving control of the camera to them and nothing. Check this in YouTube
