I have noticed a pink color to my doorbell camera. I can’t find a fix for it unfortunately. Someone else had this problem and can tell me how to fix it?
Hi there @Klafont994. We’ll definitely want to get that view back to normal. Have you tried resetting your Doorbell yet? If not, this is a great troubleshooting step that typically takes care of any visual or performance problems like this. To reset your Doorbell, you’ll want to hold down the setup button on it for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is finished, walk the Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. Check out the Live View to see if the view is corrected.

Same problem here-I am very concerned about Ring quality. I bought a floodlight with cam. The light died and cannot be replaced. Offered 20-25% off. No thanks. Now my doorbell has the pink. Spent a good bit of time working on it with and without tech support. Not fixable but will give me 35% off a new one. Not a good strategy for me. There are several other brands out there now and I will be choosing one of those.
