Phone reset, now ring won't work

Hi I was trying all day the ring to work. Was asking for help from customer service and they had me reset app and reset ding doorbell. My info is on there wants me to reset . I have tried 5 xs and it says to transfer person or new person will not let me pass that stage. Please help !
