Spent the day yesterday attempting to setup my new pet tag. No matter how many times I delete a pet profile, add it back, add the pet tag, the Contact phone number when you scan the pet tag is never correct even though it’s setup correctly in the app. I called support twice and they couldn’t help either.
Same problem here as well. Called customer support and after 45 minutes they gave me a refund for the tag, Seem Ring did nothing to test the product to ensure it actually works properly.
Same problem here. I hope they fix this before selling more of these tags.
Hey neighbors. To protect your privacy, both the person who scans the QR code on the Pet Tag and the owner’s name and phone number will remain anonymous. Either party can then choose to share their information, but it is anonymous at first.
Make sure your information is correct for the Pet Tag, then test out scanning the QR code on another device and choose to contact the owner. If that still doesn’t work, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can investigate this issue further.
When someone scans the pet tag and they try to call or text it is NOT going through. Since this appears to be an ongoing issue I would like my money back on both tags I purchased.
