Problem: Three persons pass the camera at about one-minute intervals. Only one of these persons is captured by the camera. The camera is set to MAX motion sensitivity. What could be the reason why an adult is not captured by the camera?
Hi @user47461. Try the following steps if your Camera is missing motion:
- Adjust your Motion Zones.

If your Camera is battery-operated, verify that you have changed the Motion Frequency to Frequent. This option will drain your battery more, but it helps with not missing motions.

Verify that your Camera placement is not affecting its motion detection. Use this Help Center page with our Camera placement guide on how to install it to get its best performance.
