I have a floodlight cam plus and it is set up for smart detections for people alerts. I receive NO people detections whether in smart detect or if it is turned off. I have tried resetting the device, changing zones, adding zones, and increasing sensitivity, all with no luck. This device will not detect people.

What am i doing wrong/need to change? Thanks in advance for the assist

Hi @dostrow. I suggest reaching out to our support team to run some diagnostic test on your device. These feature are specific to Ring Protect Plan features and if subscribed, they should be working.
