Everytime the door is opened the ring peephole detects motion. Are their plans for it to notice when the door is just being opened so it doesnt send a notification and use up battery everytime the door is opened?
Hi @Brian0. This is due to the Knock Detection on the Peephole Cam. If you don’t want these types of alerts, you can adjust the Knock Detection. This setting can be found when you select your Peephole Cam and tap Device Settings, then Knock Detection. I hope this information helps!
