After swapping out batteries, my peephole camera won’t show color video and there are no notifications. Nothing else changed. I’ve reset the doorbell using the button and the app. I’ve charged and tried the other battery, same issue.
Hi @bl8675309. What type of phone are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed? You may need to clear the cache and data for your Ring app to allow new notifications. Try the troubleshooting steps that are listed here.
