Peephole cam issues

2 daytime incidents where it stopped or didn’t start in time. Package left on door, motion captures truck pulling up but stops after delivery person rounds the truck and then we came home and didn’t start recording until we opened the door.

This is new to us and I am angry can’t get support! Everyone has support during COVID!
