Hi @nts7131991! Thank you for trying those steps. If you have another Peephole Cam operating on the same network, with the same signal strength, and live view/ recordings work on the other Cam, try performing a reset on the Peephole Cam.
To perform a reset on the Peephole Cam, please hold the setup button for 20 seconds. Please also ensure the wifi signal strength is optimal. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing this signal strength.
One obvious but commonly overlooked variable is your subscription. If you have not already, please check that the Peephole Cam in question is subscribed. Of course, this should not effect live view. I hope this helps!
