PC app feedback

Hi Ring Team,
I recently noticed that the PC Ring app is no longer supported by Ring and the only PC option is ring.com. The issue with this option for us PC users is that it is not robust at all. You cannot view live activities/speak and function as you can on the other outlets. Please look into this and mirror its functionality like the mobile app. I work from home and it is far easier for me to use my PC than my mobile/tablet device.

I agree . Using ring.com for live view is useless. Never works.


Hi neighbors, we understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. You can now access Live View from your Ring.com account through your supported web browser. Depending on what device you have, this feature update allows you to use two-way talk, enable sound, activate your siren, or turn on the lights.
