Hi there - is anyone else in the UK having this problem? Been a ring customer for around 6 months. Today told my payment method for monthly subscription has failed - even though my card is the same as I have always used and perfectly fine. I did a google search and see that other users over the years have had similar issues - but have had problems getting them solved through Customer Support.
