Paying for cover

Im trying to pay for basic cover but everytime I try and pay something goes wrong with their web page? Ive tried with several cards same problem each time too say its frustrating is beyond belief. How hard should this be?

Hi @user34690. Make sure you’re following the steps to add a valid payment method here on a supported web browser. A supported web browser would be Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox. Ensure that your web browser is also updated to the latest version, and that if you have a VPN, it is turned off or set to exclude Ring traffic.
