Password help

Hello,

I’m having trouble with my password. The problem is it wont recognize the password I assign to log in. I’ve changed the password at least a half dozen times, but the log in page always says I don’t have the correct credentials. It’s not my computer, for it has the correct password stored, plus it autofills the information. Does anybody else have the same issue? What was/ is the solution?
Any help would be appreciated, even if leads to another webpage. Thank you all. I hope I get an answer.

Hi @user68061. I’d suggest turning the autofill off for Ring.com, as there’s a high chance it is autofilling an old or outdated password. Reset your password with your Ring account and manually type it in when logging in. If that still doesn’t work, please get in touch with our support team for additional assistance.
