Password help

Hello,I’m having trouble with my password. The problem is it wont recognize the password I assign to log in. I’ve changed the password at least a half dozen times, but the log in page always says I don’t have the correct credentials. It’s not my computer, for it has the correct password stored, plus it autofills the information. Does anybody else have the same issue? What was/ is the solution? Any help would be appreciated, even if leads to another webpage. Thank you all. I hope I get an answer.
