I paid for my subscription at my second home. And it’s saying I can’t see recorded videos?
Hi there, @Jojo14! As long as you are subscribed to a Protect Plan, and the videos you are attempting to watch are recent videos that occurred after you’ve subscribed, these videos should play. Keep in mind that any videos from prior to being subscribed, or during a lapse in subscription, will not be saved.
I recommend also checking your mobile device connection, and ensuring there is not a VPN enabled. Try out the Ring Web App to see if your videos play there. I hope this helps!
