Paid for yearly for one device and monthly for other

I’ve Paid for yearly protect plan in May 2023 for one device (my outdoor ring doorbell) and monthly for other indoor camera as I bought this much later than the doorbell. Once I set up the monthly for the indoor camera it’s now set up monthly for both! Even though I’ve paid for the yearly for my doorbell!!! Please fix this!!!

Hi @user69799. You cannot subscribe to yearly and monthly plans at the same time; it has to be either or. For any billing issues, it is best to contact our support team for assistance.
