Have Video Doorbell 3 and stick up cam set up. Shared devices would like motion alerts. As owner I do not want motion alerts. Is this possible? It seems every time my shared person turns on motion alerts, mine turn on too.
Hi @eekeekgirl. In the Ring app, the Motion Alerts toggle on the device profile page controls the notifications for that phone specifically. If you don’t want to receive notifications when motion is detected, you should be able to toggle Motion Alerts off on your Ring app under Devices > your Doorbell or Camera > Motion Alerts.
