Overnight my motion zones were deleted and an on/off zone put in
battery-video-doorbell

I had several motions zones saved. This morning the 2 zones were gone, and replaced by one large zone with on/off section capabilities. I cannot change it or add zones. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you Claire

Thank you. I just noticed this morning that the motion zone I added was removed and an unchangeable motion zone was in its place. Did this happen to yours?

Hi @user63268. Make sure your Ring app is updated to the latest version available from the app store on your phone. Then navigate to Motion Settings > Motion Zones for your Doorbell. You should be able to tap on a Motion Zone and then select the red trash can icon to delete it. To add a Motion Zone, tap Add Zone. If you don't see the option to add a zone, please share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end.

Hi Caitlyn, I no longer have the ability to add zones or modify the one that is there now. I didn't put it there, it just showed up the other day. I wish I could attach the photo to this post so you could see what I mean. Claire

@user63268 You should be see an icon like the one shown below when typing your reply. Click on that icon in your reply box, and it should allow you to upload a screenshot image.
