The bell is much too loud nobody can understand me. how i can adjust the volume from the bell?
Hi @Haufe! At this time the the Mic and Speaker volumes are not adjustable, but can be improved with signal strength. The speakers being easily heard is a great start, I recommend checking signal strength next to ensure there is no distortion due to interference. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing wifi signal.
It’s always good to confirm mobile device connection and even your microphone sensitivity. Try speaking into the phone holding it further out in front of you. Please also ensure bluetooth and VPN is disabled. I hope this helps!
