Outdoor stickup cam faulty

So I got a stick up cam wired for my back garden it’s not the same as the elite at the front of my house the way the power lead connects doesn’t seem water tight. I’ve always thought it, with all this bad weather we’ve had my cam is now saying I need to change the battery to see live, it’s still recording on motion and snap shots etc. The cam doesn’t take a battery’s and now I’m thinking I’ve been sold the wrong camera is it an internal camera etc.
Can anyone offer any help or advise?

Hi @Worsley87. I would start by resetting your Stick Up Cam. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Once that is complete, you can reconnect it to WiFi. You should see that the correct power source for your camera is reflected in the Ring app. If you do not see this, you can contact our support team.
