When I plug in my ring spotlight cam the 2 bright lights come on and will no reconnect to router
Hi @Shipper. I would try following the steps listed in this Help Center article here to see if you can get your Spotlight Cam to reconnect to wifi. If that doesn’t work, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
