Outdoor Camera Not Working and Will Not Reconnect

Purchased 4x outdoor cameras in November 2023. On 16/02/2024 one of the outdoor cameras stopped working. I am unable to reconnect it. I have removed the device but when I try to ‘Add a device’ I follow the prompts and it says, “Is the blue light flashing” It’s a solid blue light, it states to “Ensure that you are pushing the setup button firmly and then releasing” which I have done several times but it still remains a solid blue light. Can any one help? Is this still covered under warranty?

Hi @Himalaya. What specific model camera is this? Try disconnecting the camera completely from power for 5 minutes, then reconnecting it to power. Once you’ve done that, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release it. This should prompt your camera to enter Setup Mode. Let me know if this helps.
