I ordered a large gen 2 alarm package and it has not shipped. It has been a week now. At first, we were told it was out of stock and would ship on Tuesday 5-5-2020 now it is Friday and we are being told Ring has no idea how long it will take. online is not showing out of stock on any of the products I ordered. Please explain. I am considering taking my complaints to social media. I feel deceived.
