I have a couple of Ring Stick Up camera’s monitoring the front of my place however I wanting to put some wifi controlled LED lights up on a wall that is between where my modem is and the location of my camera’s.
Because both systems operate on 2.4GHz will the LED lighting interfere with the signal to my camera’s?
Great question, @Joker1660! When it comes to wifi enabled devices, most of your in home devices will operate on either the 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz wifi network. Your Ring devices should operate just fine as long as your network has enough resources and bandwidth to provide to all devices. Additionally, we do advise to avoid major appliances or electronics in the immediate area of your Camera. Otherwise, all of your 2.4 Ghz wifi enabled devices should work just fine.
