A few days ago, I ordered a Ring bundle – peephole camera with an extra battery – but received only the camera. Anyone else have this happen?

I ordered the same thing and only received the battery. Now when I check the order status it says it was delivered.
I didn’t receive my free battery either. Anyone know rings email?
