Hi iv just tried to set up a new ring alarm I was having trouble getting it connect to the Internet and couldn’t get it to do anything so I pressed the reset button on the top and now the power light has gone from green to orange and it will not go off or reboot its just staying on a solid orange light can some one please advise
Hi @Robh1989. It sounds like a Factory Reset was attempted, but may not have been completed. I recommend reaching out to our support team, as they will need to work with you to properly factory reset your Ring Alarm system. There is a specific procedure that has to be done, and if not done correctly, it can be problematic. We recommend not performing a factory reset unless under the guidance of a trained Ring Alarm support agent.
