We may have missed the option, but is there an option to automatically pop-up the Ring Doorbell LIVE window on our Windows 10 computer desktop when motion is detected?
Thanks

Hi @LemonPeeler. This is not available for Windows. This is a feature that is supported on select Amazon Alexa enabled devices. Currently, the Echo Show and the FireStick TV enabled devices can show the Live View automatically. Check out this Help Center article here to learn more about Amazon Alexa and Ring.
How about on our android/ios phones. They have the Ring and Alexa apps on them. Usually my phone is right next to me but I have to load the ring app whenever someone approaches or rings the doorbell. Kind of redundant.
At this time, automatic live view is not an feature of the Ring app, at least from a locked screen. There is an option, found under your Ring devices’ notification preferences in the Ring app, that will allow you to choose whether you want a banner notification or an automative live view of the event when your are actively in the Ring app during an event. This would be the closest thing to an automatic display, outside of using Alexa devices and routines.
You might also find interest in our Rich Text Notifications feature, which will display a quick image in your notification banner of what an event might be related to or triggered by. This sounds like it would make a great feature request! Feel free to add this request on our Feature Request Board. This way other neighbors can share their interest in one place, that we can organize and share with our teams here.
