Hi everybody. I have a ring doorbell 2. Only had it a week. When I first got it I had the option to answer the door bell . That seems to have disappeared and now goes straight to live. Anybody god any ideas. Did a full reset with all default setting but now going straight to live view
Hi @user25290. When someone rings your Ring Doorbell and you answer it, that means you are initiating a Live View in order to speak to whoever is at the door using the two-way audio. It’s essentially the same thing, so as long as you’re able to access the Live View and use the two-way audio, you should be good to go.
