@Caitlyn_Ring
Would you be able to pass the crash log to android devs?
I’m happy to help with additional testing/details if necessary.

reproducible on Pixel 4 XL with Android 11 as well…
So looks like A11 related issue.

Hi @scurab. Thanks for sharing this information with us. I’d suggest uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone completely to clear the cache, and reinstalling the Ring App. If this continues to happen after trying those steps, please reach out to our support team at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to take a closer look at this for you. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 here to see how to contact support. :slight_smile:

@Caitlyn_Ring

Thank you for reply.

I’ve tried both phones again, fully wiped out with fresh app install.
They both have still same issue unfortunatelly.

Could you please forward the crash log to your android devs? They should be able quite quickly identify the place of the issue.

@scurab Thanks for letting me know how that worked for you. As this forum is not a direct line to support, you’ll want to follow up with our support team directly at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to take a better look at this for you. :slight_smile:
