I have ab=n old model Ring Doorbell and it is frequently losing connection. I have recharged the batter but when I push the organe button the ring does not falsh white and I cannot connect even when I am next to the router
Hi @user61110. Fully charge your Ring Doorbell using the provided charging cable, then attempt to reset it by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. If your Doorbell is not responsive after attempting a reset, and you’re unable to get it set up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device, our support team can further assist.
