Hi @Tony-Tone. This typically happens when the night vision gets stuck in the ON position. You can correct this by turning the Camera off for 3 minutes, then turning back on. Then, press and hold the Setup Button for 20 seconds. This will reset the camera. After that, you'll need to [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) the camera to wifi. This should fix the video quality issue you're having.
