Using an iphone. I have had two locations on it for years. Randomly, one location is now missing…but when the doorbell rings, I get an alert on my phone. I am not near the missing location to add it again. Help!
Hey @papadoo. Were you a shared user on the account before? If so, you will need to ask the owner to add you back as a shared user, and then the location should show up again in your Ring app!
