One doorbell answered by multiple users-cannot hear each other

I work for a company that uses a ring doorbell outside our mailroom. There are 4 of us that answer the door depending on who is closest/ on break at the time. The issue we have is that when it rings and we go to answer it, we cannot hear if another one of us is talking to the person at the door. I can hear the delivery person talking but not my coworker talking back to them, they are muted somehow.

This causes a lot of confusion because we cannot tell if someone has answered until the video is available a few minutes later and delivery people are very busy and do not want to stand around waiting.

Does anyone else have a similar issue and were you able to find a way to fix it or work around it?

Hi @user37371. This is how it is intended to work; when others are using Live View and are speaking, you will not hear them. Only the person at the Camera will be audible.
