I mounted two flood light cameras yesterday and when we woke up this morning, one display is pink. I tried to recycle but it’s still pink. Is this a common problem?
Hi @homecomputer. If you’re seeing any type of colored tint on your Camera’s view, I’d recommend resetting it by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that’s complete, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to get it back up and running in the Ring App. This should resolve any problems with the Camera’s view, but if it doesn’t. please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can take a deeper look for you.
