One av my Floodlights can't be shut down unless I pull the cord. The other works real fine

Hi @lamobamsen. Are you trying to turn the Floodlight Cam off completely, or are the lights themselves not turning off? The Floodlight Cam cannot be turned off unless you disconnect it from power. You can control the motion detection with Modes if you have a Ring Protect plan.
If the lights are on and are not turning off, make sure they are not toggled on in the Ring app. Then try a reboot by using the reboot option from the Device Health page. You can contact our support team at one of the numbers here if that doesn’t fix the lights.
