On set up, it says to get your Wi-Fi password ready and then it never asks for it anywhere and I am unable to continue with set up the white light circle never activates
Hi @user47254. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Are you pressing the setup button on your Doorbell? What model doorbell do you have? We need a bit more information to be able to determine how to troubleshoot this concern.
