On holiday and door bell isn’t recording

Can any one help I am on holiday and yesterday the door bell stopped recording it says it’s on line but it’s stop recording I cant live view and there’s no motion detected ?? I bought this as extra peace of mind and it doesn’t work can it be reset from ring or do I have to be home to reset it ?

Hi @13roses. For most troubleshooting concerns, you would need to physically be with the Doorbell. Have you tried uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App? I’d recommend giving that a try, and if that doesn’t work you can look into trying the Rapid Ring App. It’s a light-weight companion to the Ring App and is designed to allow you to access Live View and answer notifications more quickly.
