Older Recordings not playing

When I try to play older recordings (1 month old), they fail to play. We have Protect pro which states Ring videos stored in the cloud are stored temporarily, up to 180 days.

What is the trick to playing the older recordings?


Hi @user57444. Tell us more about this concern. What type of device are you trying to view these recordings on? Have you tried this on Ring.com? Was Ring Protect Pro active during the time of the recordings you are trying to look at? What is the specific error you are seeing? Lastly, do you have an active VPN?
