Is there anyway for me to get videos from a specific day that isn’t listed as available on my account. I desperately need the motion sensor videos from April 22nd of this year. Thanks’
Hi @SuzieAllison ! Unfortunately, videos are only stored on your account for 30 or 60 days (depending on your location and only if you are subscribed to a Ring Protect Plan). I think we may be out of the 60 day window, so unfortunately, if you did not save the video before you won’t be able to retrieve it. Sorry about that.
