Assuming your Ring Doorbell still has power, you can follow [these steps](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi) to reconnect it to wifi. If that doesn't work, your Ring Doorbell might not have sufficient power if you've removed a component from the existing doorbell circuit. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have?
