Hi @user22456. I'm not sure which model of Video Doorbell you are installing, but it's important to make sure the chime kit you have is compatible with the Doorbell. You can find our Chime Kit Compatibility lists [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=chime+kit+compatibility+), just select the one corresponding to the model of Ring Doorbell you have. After verifying that your chime kit is compatible, you need to locate the terminals corresponding to the wiring at the front door and at the transformer. These are usually labeled with a letter or they will say "Front" and "Trans" to indicate the front door and transformer. If you're unsure which wires are which, I'd recommend consulting a qualified electrician.
