Offline no WiFi but still detecting

Hiya, my doorbell has been showing offline the last few days saying the WiFi isn’t connected! Have tried reconnecting and have made sure the battery is fully charged!
Since that it’s now picking up motion but it’s still saying it’s offline and not letting me do live view!
Can anyone help or shed any light on this.

Hi @user72264. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available, then use the reboot option on the Device Health page. The reboot should only take a few moments, and the Device Health page should be updated to display correctly after the reboot.
