Offline message but getting snapshots

So I have a 2nd gen video doorbell that has suddenly stopped uploading video content to the app.

A few night ago i did a reboot of my router as some apps on phone ( not ring) were running slow.

The following morning i noticed that videos were not being uploaded to the app, but snap shots were.

So i reset the router again. Didn’t fix. I looked into the routers management and the doorbell is talking to the router, plus the doorbell is in the same room as the router and signal is very good, 72mbps.

So i performed a hard reboot of the doorbell, reconnected to the ring app, no issues but still it says offline. Again i left the doorbell in the lounge overnight and it is taking snapshots but no video or alerts when someone presses the button.

The app says firmware is up to date. Plus i have made sure all the video sliders are active in the app.

I cannot think what else to do apart from waiting for the battery to drain and hope this resets everything.
