When checking on your Ring device connection status, it is best to check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal.
On the device health page you will be able to see if there has been a change in your signal or anything else. Often times, you will also get a pop up message in the Ring app if multiple Ring devices are offline.
