Both my devices are offline, internet hasnt changed, connection is strong, i don’t know what else has changed. These cameras suck and not to mention the security threat to your devices because firewall has to be down in order for them to record. FIX THIS ISSUE PRONTO.

Hi @Ab. What is the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) for your affected devices? If the RSSI is too low, this could be causing connectivity issues. I would also check to see if there is any [wifi interference](https://community.ring.com/t/device-tips-wifi-interference/221) around that could be a contributing factor. I hope this helps.
