Offline but WiFi is RSSI 50

Hi. Followed all the steps. Call the centre. The lady didn’t understand and was not helpful on the phone.
My doorbell and router are 3 meters apart. My doorbell on my drive is over 15 meters away. The drive always has a RSSI of 70 but works perfectly well. Yet my doorbell, after years, suddenly goes off line and it’s only 3 meters away.
Currently my front door says RSSI 50 but is offline. How can that be?

Hi @Niccod52. If your Doorbell is offline, the RSSI listed would be from when it was last connected to the internet. Have you tried following the steps to reconnect your Doorbell to your wifi? If that doesn’t work, do you see an error message in the Ring app when trying to reconnect?
